A wine that is a perfect introduction to the winery of Christoph Neumeister. Gemischter Satz SARMAT (the German word for Field Blend) is using a variety of native grapes like Müller Thurgau, Goldburger, Sämling, Weißburgunder, Welschriesling, Riesling and Gewürztraminer. SARMAT is a type of gravel that was formed by the various alpine, adriatic and volcanic geology found in the Vulkanland region.
