About the Event:

Our final kitchen takeover for 2025 is here! Welcoming Flor and Raffaello, the chef owner duo behind the incredible Bistrot Santi Quattro.A small seaside gem just outside of Rome where passion for flavour, produce, and community sit as the true guiding principles.
Here, the two young chefs do everything from the kitchen, to the table service, and everything in between; ensuring every table enjoys an experience that feels like home.As Flor & Raffaello put it, “Cucina, amore, vino e passione”.

Meet the Chefs:

Florencia Arias is an Argentinian chef with an infectious passion for cooking, wine, and the art of hospitality. With a ready smile and an ambitious spirit, she has built her experience between Argentinian and Italian restaurants, moving effortlessly between front and back of house. From selecting raw ingredients and honoring tradition to mastering techniques refined in Michelin-starred kitchens in Copenhagen, Flor carries with her a rich, international background along with an endless desire to make people feel truly cared for.

Raffaello Bracaglia, Italian to the core, grew up with a very clear mission: understand every secret of Italian cuisine. Pasta, bread, pizza and tradition, he has explored it all. Over the years, he has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, top-level bakeries, and kitchens across Europe, from Denmark to Spain, always chasing technical perfection.
