Shipping

We offer delivery everywhere in the UK including the Channel Islands. In an effort to minimise our carbon footprint, we are not shipping outside the UK as we believe it is best to keep the wines that are shipped to us in the UK within the UK.

At this time, we offer free shipping exclusively on orders over £99. For orders under £99, the shipping cost will be a flat rate of £10.95.

While we always aim to process orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases the wines arrive within 24 hours of order via an Express24 service, please allow up to 2 working days from time of order for delivery.

In detail:

Orders placed MON-THU will be dispatched the following day.

Orders placed FRI-SUN will be processed on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

Yes, our parcels are fully trackable as soon as they leave our warehouse. Once the shipping label is made, we will send the tracking details via email. If you are having trouble finding your tracking info, please email us at shop@newcomerwines.com
