Bright, refreshing and linear, this is everything you could want from a Trocken (or dry) Riesling. On the nose, this is almost reminiscent of a whiskey sour, with a tart lemon quality and a subtle refined smokiness. A wine with a prominent mineral quality, this would pair well with almost anything but particularly with delicately spiced Thai food.
