Odinstal
350 NN 2019
A tightly-knit, precise yet layered Weißburgunder with notes of citrus and apricot, along with a smokey, flinty quality, reminiscent of a freshly-struck match. Grapes come from three different plots, a mix of old and young vines, with a short amount of skin contact and a long period spent on lees to give the wine additional complexity. Vines are planted and farmed with a remarkable commitment to biodynamic principles and sustainable farming.
