Felsen II 2023

This magnificent Syrah comes from 60 year old vines on chalky limestone on the Western shores of Lake Neusiedlersee. Thanks to the long maceration and a very gentle pressing, this Syrah is cool, pretty and light on its feet. However, it's the bit of spice and a savoury, smokey finish that awakens the palate and keeps us coming back for more. Expect young and juicy dark fruit offset with a touch of tobacco and olive – a beautiful expression of Syrah, with fantastic ageing potential.
