Brut Nature 2016

A beautifully refined sparkling Grüner Veltliner – all the steely minerality and rousing acidity you would expect from Austria's most famous white varietal, perfectly balanced with a gentle and precise fizz. I'm trying to think of other ways to describe it, but all that comes to mind is how perfectly this would have paired with the asparagus risotto I had for dinner last night. A classy wine for classy people, like moi.
