ErDELuftGRAsundreBEN Weissburgunder 2019

'Erde, Luft, Gras und Reben – or 'earth, air, grass and vines' – is all you need for quality wines, according to Claus Preisinger. Coming from his premium plots of the Edelgraben vineyard, this single vineyard, zero/zero expression of Weissburgunder is grown on limestone rich soils before being fermented and aged in amphora. Tropical, zesty with a touch of salinity, this wine is quaffable and complex in equal measures – not one to be missed.
