Negotians Vinarius

Coltrane 2020

If you like your orange wine more on the crazy and unusual side, then look no further – this wine is wild, young and free wine, just how we like them! 100% Pošip – an indigenous Croatian variety – with a few days skin contact, half barrel fermented and barrel aged, the other half fermented and aged in stainless steel. An extended period on lees, along with the oxidation from the barrel ageing, give this wine a crazy amount of depth and complexity – the perfect wine for anyone feeling adventurous.
