Vogelkirsche 2023

A wonderfully layered and complex dry cherry juice, made from wild bird cherries from trees planted around 100 years ago. These cherries are considerably smaller than other cherries, with large stones in the middle, meaning that the juice they can produce is limited, but incredibly concentrated. A real show stopper for drinkers and non-drinkers alike.

These natural juices are unfiltered, cold-pressed, and bottled without any additives.
