Alice Bouvot's L'Octavin wines are a Paris natural wine bar cult-classic. While she's based in Jura, she releases both a mix of Jura wines and négoc wines using grapes from like-minded friends all over France. This cuvée is made of Chardonnay from a friend in Arbois. Macerated on its skins for two months, the Hip Hip J is vibrant and juicy but with some lasting depth.
