Wild + Free | Fränk 2021

A wine that is Michael Wenzel's personal answer to the 'Vin De Soif' movement all over Europe. It's a wine that reminds us of a calm sea (think Pinot Noir) clashing against the sharp, salty edges of the coastline (think BlauFRÄNKisch). This wine is 'Wild+Free', just like Michael likes to call his experimental collection of wines that are made without any additions.
