Vina Čotar
Vitovska 2019
Not your average skin contact! Vitovska is a rare and ancient grape varietal primarily found in Northern Italy and Slovenia. It's known for its sage and stone fruit qualities, as well as some floral and spice notes. Yet give it a week on the skins like this bad boy here, and you'll also find incredible structure and depth. Amber in colour and bold in flavour, this is a perfect addition to a smokey eggplant dip, lamb kebobs, roasted mushrooms, or anything with a bit of herbs and spice.
