Alwin & Stefanie Jurtschitsch
Amour Fou 2018
A unique expression of Grüner Veltliner that will make you fall in love! Ripe but not overripe berries were fermented on the mash, partly in wooden barrels and partly in a ceramic egg. After two weeks, Alwin and Stefanie decided to separate the wine from the mash, and to store it on the yeast for 18 months, creating an elegant wine with tension and structure on the palate.
