Incredibly wild Macabeu coming from Catalonia in Spain. 45 year old parcels are planted over four hundred metres above sea level in Vilalba dels Arcs. Grapes then spend a week on skins, before the free run juice is aged for a short period in vats, and bottled just a few months later to preserve its youthful energy.
