Milan Nestarec

Umami 2019

Skin-contact Traminer from a historic Bilovice site that forms a natural loess amphitheatre. The grapes ripen differently in the lower and upper part of the vineyard, allowing for a complex wine with both succulent layers and sharp edges.

Like the name suggests, there is a bit of savouriness to it, but we were blown away by its fragrance of lychee, rose and tropical fruits. A dreamy wine with goose bump energy!
