Gabrio Bini - a living legend known for his incredible old vine vineyards and thoughtful winemaking. For every cuvée, the grapes are handpicked and fermented in terracotta amphoraes from Spain. These are then buried in the vineyard and left to ferment slowly over long periods of time, capturing the truly magical energy of the island.
