This magnificent Syrah comes from 60 year old vines on chalky limestone on the Western shores of Lake Neusiedlersee. Thanks to the long maceration and a very gentle pressing, this syrah is cool, pretty and light on its feet. However, its the bit of spice and a savory, smokey finish that awakens the palate and keeps us coming back for more.
