Get ready for a ONE NIGHT ONLY special bar & kitchen takeover!
Aris Blancardi is coming to London all the way from Liguria, and to celebrate, we’re throwing a party with the talented Sophia of Polentina.
Aris will be behind the bar pouring Selvadolce wines all night long, featuring his newest releases alongside a few special Magnums and aged cellar gems.
From 5pm, Sophia from Polentina will take over the Newcomer Wines kitchen, cooking up Ligurian dishes to pair perfectly with the lineup.
Expect regional specialties like Farabalà aka delicate handmade ravioli filled with mortadella, chard, and Parmesan, finished with a chunky rabbit ragu.
Also on the menu: bread and Selvadolce olive oil - a tiny production project from Aris’ own organically farmed olive trees, shaped by the coastal winds of the Ligurian sea.
