We’re back with another kitchen takeover at the Newcomer Wines bar! This time, we’re thrilled to welcome Marios Milios, the classically trained chef behind ῥῶ (Rho).
Shaped by years in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, from Amsterdam to Copenhagen, Marios creates dishes that blend Greek Cycladic tradition with modern technique and a deep respect for sustainability. Each plate is a reflection of memory, emotion, and place.
