Get ready for another Kitchen Takeover at the Newcomer Wines bar, and trust us, this is one you don’t want to miss!
We’re thrilled to host Kouijna by Fay (@koujinabyfay), the much-loved supper club that began in Hong Kong, found a new home in London, and sells out every time.
Fay is originally from Tunisia (‘Kouijna’ means kitchen in Tunisian Arabic) and grew up in Asia, bringing together Mediterranean soul with Asian flavours in a unique and deeply personal way.
Classically trained in French cuisine, she creates menus that surprise, delight, and tell the story of her roots.
Expect dishes like ‘Loubia’ cannellini bean dip, tumeric chicken and spiced beef dumplings, bavette steak with 11 hour slow-cooked Molukhia sauce, and a pine seed and hazelnut tiramisu.
Bookings recommended but walk-ins welcome!
