Terres Noires 2021

Recerca are known for their textured and incredibly lively wines, and Terres Noires is exactly that. Coming from old-vine parcels planted in the schist and clay rich soils of Roussillon, Terres Noires is very reflective or the terrior. A floralness shines through with soft Mediterranean herbs, but has a bright fresh acid that keeps the wine refined. A nice mineral and saline grip makes this wine finish with great clarity. A beautifully balanced wine that's approachable but reflective of the wild South France terroir.
