Mas Noir is a textured, characterful natural wine from in old-vine Macabeu grown on schist and marl soils in Roussillon. The palate leads with bright acidity and stony minerality, carrying notes of ripe apple, lemon peel and a waxy depth. A gentle nuttiness builds in the palate, adding complexity without weight. A saline, mineral-driven finish lingers with freshness and energy.
