Shining Blanc 2019

Shining Blanc is a Chenin made from a biodynamic approach, grown on mica schist soils in Kamptal. It shows a precise, tightly structured palate driven by vibrant acidity and a fine, chalky mineral tension. Citrus and orchard fruit notes are present but restrained, supported by subtle savoury depth and a lightly textured feel. The finish is long, focused, and energetic, giving the wine a pure and highly detailed expression.
