He works biodynamically farmed vineyards in Styria, where iron-rich gneiss and steep slopes give the wines their signature energy and mineral drive. Aged patiently in old barrels, the wine develops a gentle texture while keeping its freshness intact. On the palate, subtle citrus and orchard fruit unfold with vibrant acidity and a soft, lightly tannic grip. The finish is clean and persistent, reflecting the wild, expressive spirit of Strohmeier’s Styrian vineyards.
