Non Ouillé is a white blend based on Jacquère and Altesse, with small amounts of other local grapes. The palate is fresh and textured, with crisp citrus, green apple and ripe pear leading. A subtle herbal and floral lift adds detail, while a pronounced stony minerality gives shape and clarity.
