Introducing your new favourite post-dinner tipple. Grapes are harvested from young Syrah vines in the Rhône valley, before undergoing oxidative ageing for four years – this is a wine made in extremely limited quantities, with only one 500L barrel produced. Reminiscent of tawny port, but completely natural – ideal for sharing with friends in the wee hours, or pairing with a particularly decadent cheeseboard.
