Les Frères Soulier

La Clastre 2043

A quick maths test for you – what's 2020 + 2023? You got it - 2043. A blend of Syrah from young vines harvested from 2020 and 2023's vintages, with the direct press juice being fermented and aged in barrels with no topping up. This wine is all spicy red fruits with olive and peppercorn on the nose – pretty and well integrated, the perfect red for sipping on a hot sunny day.
