‘Ouillé’ En Bois d’Arnaux by Valentin Morel is a Chardonnay made in an ouillé (topped-up) style that keeps the wine fresh and protected from oxidation. It leans into citrus, green apple and ripe pear, with gentle nutty depth and a clear, stony, mineral backbone. Very textured, it feels both clean and complex, finishing with a long, saline lift.
