Chardonnay 2023
A crisp, dry and textured Chardonnay from Rheinhessen. This is a seriously good and nuanced wine, full of layers and complexity. Though Saalwachter is known for their Burgundian style, this Chardonnay is still very reflective of the Rheinhessen terrior with it's mineral cut through, vibrant acidity and citrus notes.
