This Silvaner is a focused, site-driven white that showcases the purity and precision of this classic German variety, but with a distinct Burgundy-esque touch. It's got energy and high acidity driven by minerality. This 2022 vintage offers plenty of crunchy orchard fruit with a touch of herbaceous-ness. It's long aging on the lees offers a silky but firm texture and would be great aged.
