Régi Iskola is a Cabernet Sauvignon from Sopron, made in a classic approach that avoids excess extraction or oak influence. It's juicy and easy drinking with blackcurrant, ripe plum, and dark cherry, alongside subtle green pepper, dried herbs, and a faint graphite-like mineral edge. The palate is firm but composed, with fine tannins and a straight, structured line of acidity that keeps everything focused, finishing dry, savoury and persistent.
