Weinland is made mostly from young, disease-resistant PIWI varieties like Souvignier Gris, grown across different vineyard sites. It shows a very pure, understated fruit profile - green apple, citrus, and white peach - with a faint floral lift and a gentle herbal edge that comes from the long lees ageing. The wine feels crisp and linear, driven by a bright, almost racy acidity and a subtle, chalky texture.
