Elderflower Sparkling NV

Whilst spraying their vines for Demeter preparations, Julie thought to herself, if the natural ingredients and teas she was spraying on the vines were good for them, then maybe they're good for us. A curious seed was planted, and this is the result. From their wild and luscious herbs growing across the vineyard, Julie started co fermenting them with her grapes.

A blend of Elderflower and Grüner Veltliner with lively bubbles, this is a bright and fun co-ferment that could be served as the perfect aperitif.
