Mint White NV

Whilst spraying their vines for Demeter preparations, Julie thought to herself, if the natural ingredients and teas she was spraying on the vines were good for them, then maybe they're good for us. A curious seed was planted, and this is the result. From their wild and luscious herbs growing across the vineyard, Julie started co fermenting them with her grapes.

A blend of Gruner Veltliner and mint, this is perfectly refreshing on a warm day. It's bone dry and structured, low in ABV, and the perfect alternative for a digestif or desert.
