Déferlante Blanc 2024 comes from old-vine Clairette Blanc grown in the sun-drenched hills of the Languedoc. Olivier Cohen works with a light touch in the cellar, allowing the grape’s naturally fresh, textural character to shine through. The wine is full of bright notes of citrus, pear and white flowers, carried by a gentle herbal lift. On the palate it feels lively with a soft, saline edge that keeps everything balanced and refreshing. A vibrant, easygoing cuvée that captures the sunny energy of the south.

About Olivier Cohen

After working with some of the top growers in the French wine scene such as Philippe Valette in the Mâconnais, Thierry Allemand in Cornas, Frederic Rivaton in Latour de France and the Arena Family in Corsica, Olivier Cohen took over Bernard Boubal ́s vineyards in the village of Argelliers in January 2014 and produced his first vintage the same year.
