Déferlante Champ Traversier 2023

Olivier Cohen

Champ Traversier is a light, energetic red from old Cinsault vines in the Languedoc, made in a fresh, early-picked style. The palate is juicy and fluid, led by bright red cherry and raspberry fruit with a lively, mouth-watering acidity. A gentle hint of spice and subtle herbal tones add detail without weighing it down. The finish is crisp, lifted and highly drinkable, making it a pure expression of easygoing, chilled red.
