Inebriati Victor Beau

Blanc de Noirs 2022

A classic blend from the south of France but vinified with a twist. Grenache and Mourvèdre are pressed immediately after harvest and separated from their skins – more fruit driven that its previous vintage, this is a white (or pink-ish) wine with a delightful twist of raspberry, spice and a lovely weightiness on the palette. The perfect table wine to pair with food, whatever's on the menu.
