This wine has a lot of clarity from it's gentle whole-cluster fermentation. Its emphasis is freshness over weight, meaning bright red berries and subtle plum on the palate, with a hint of spice and fine, silky tannins finished with a lively acidity. A slight earthiness is present, but it's minerality runs through to the finish keeping this wine precise and balanced.
