Semicolon Sissi 2020

Semicolon “Sissi” comes from old‑vine Grüner Veltliner planted on the steep terraces of the Wachau, a region known for mineral energy and tension. Made with minimal intervention and long lees contact in old barrels, the wine develops a fine, textured mouthfeel while preserving bright freshness. Crisp citrus and white pear unfold with a hint of white pepper and savory spice that’s typical of great Wachau Veltliner. A line of vibrant acidity and saline minerality carries through, giving the wine both precision and depth. A beautifully balanced expression that offers clarity, drive and a true sense of place.
