An oxidative Savagnin for both the Jura fanatics and the Jura curious. There's a roasted nutty and umami-like characteristic coming from the aging process, but with an underlying squeeze of citrus and crunchy pear. Sublime with cheese, roasted chicken or an array of tapas!
