This cuvée comes from organically farmed parcels of Sankt Laurent — Austria’s own red grape with close genetic ties to Pinot Noir — in the varied soils around Burgenland’s village. With gentle, low‑intervention winemaking and a focus on freshness, the wine lets the pure fruit expression and site energy come through naturally. Juicy cherry and red‑berry flavours mingle with supple, fine tannins and lively acidity, giving the wine a vibrant yet elegant texture. Bright acidity and a subtle mineral thread carry through to a long, precise finish that reflects the vineyards’ character.
