"We make wine because we love wine," are the words from Nadja and Andrej, the duo behind Naboso. Opera II is a delightful sparkling white that embodies the duos love for wine. From Svätý Jur, near Bratislava, Sauvignon Blanc and Rhineriesling comes from sites with a bedrock of granite with rich and sandy soils. The terroir forms beautiful notes apple and pear, with a crisp and saline finish. This is a sparkling wine from a lesser known region that is a real game changer - it's elegant, clean and effortlessly drinkable.
