Markus Altenburger is known for excellent wines from organically farmed parcels in the Burgenland. Limestone and slate‑influenced soils give the grapes lively structure and energy. This rosé blend of Merlot, Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch is made with minimal intervention and raised in neutral vessels, letting the pure fruit and site expression come forward naturally. Juicy red and dark berry flavours are balanced by bright acidity and a refreshing texture. There’s a subtle mineral grip and a hint of spice that keeps the finish vibrant and precise.
