If you know natural wine, you probably know Matassa. Tom Lubbe's wines have gained quite the loyal following and rightly so. Blossom is a bright and energetic skin contact wine made with Muscat grown on clay-limestone soils in the Roussillon.
Tom's winemaking embraces a long and gentle skin contacting using indigenous yeasts, allowing pure energy and Mediterranean influence to shine through in his wines. Blossom is a bright and floral expression of Muscat with a zero-zero approach. Ripe stone fruits and subtle citrus give way to a lively acidity and a balanced texture.
