Les Robinettes 2023 comes from Raphaëlle Guyot’s high-elevation Pinot Noir parcel in the cool, limestone soils of the Yonne, where the grape develops both freshness and intensity. Farmed thoughtfully and vinified with a gentle touch, the wine captures the pure character of the site. Think bright red cherry and wild raspberry, followed by subtle notes of dried herbs and soft spice. The wine opens beautifully, revealing a fine texture and an elegant finish. A cuvée that shows the vibrant side of northern Burgundy.
