From Olivier Cohen in the Languedoc region, the Déferlante is like cantaloupe orange sherbet in colour and yellow nectarine with a tropical twist on the palate. It’s wonderful as an aperitif, after dinner or anything in between.

Claus Preisinger generally needs no introduction in our bar and his Bonsai is a wine that we never have in stock for long! The grapes for this wine stem from tiny vines reminiscent of 'Bonsai' trees situated on limestone soils, hence the name. It's a translucent wine packed with character and salty notes - perfect for Pinot Noir lovers!
