Bourgogne Côte d’Or “Les Seurrets” Rouge 2023 from Le Grappin comes from a single parcel of Pinot Noir in the hills of the Côte d’Or. Farmed carefully and vinified with minimal intervention, the wine focuses on clarity and freshness rather than weight. Red cherry and raspberry are framed by soft tannins and a gentle hint of spice. Bright acidity keeps the wine lifted, while a subtle earthy note adds depth through the finish. As the bottle opens the fruit develops further and the texture becomes even more supple. This is a great choice to get a deeper understanding of what Burgundy can be through a very drinkable and elegant wine.
