"Boucherottes” is a Pinot Noir from a south-facing Premier Cru site near the Pommard border. This wine is full of both depth and finesse. The palate is supple and finely structured, with ripe red cherry and berry fruit carried by fresh, well-integrated acidity. Layers of subtle spice, earthy nuance and a stony mineral thread add complexity and detail. The finish is long, elegant, and poised.
