A precise and mineral-driven expression of Alsace Riesling, Wiebelsberg from Domaine Rieffel captures the tension and purity of this Grand Cru site. Aromas of citrus zest, white flowers and subtle stone notes lead into a taut, finely etched palate with bright acidity and crystalline fruit. The sandstone soils of Wiebelsberg lend a distinctive saline edge and linear structure, giving the wine energy and focus. The finish is long, dry, and intensely mineral, with excellent ageing potential.
